2000 wrangler parts on a 1990? (hard top)

I have a descent 90 yj rag top and a friend of mine will let me have (for free) anything off of a bent frame 2000 wrangler that I want (except the tires) its going to the crusher. My 90 plows snow in the winter and I would LOVE to have a hard top w/doors when its cold. does anyone know if the hardtop and doors will transfer to my 90? Is there anything else I should take? I'm already getting the sound bar I dont know the model of the 2000 (JK, TK, Wk, whatever K) but it IS a 6 cyl like my 90.
TIA

people have done it although i haven't seen a good thread about exactly how they did it. As the above said, the TJ parts are worth almost double the YJ parts.

They will fit with some work. Google "tj hardtop and doors yj" and you should get plenty of hits.

To use the doors you would have to also use tj door strikers, this would probably require some mild fabrication. The top will more or less bolt on. You will need to grab the rubber seal from the top of the tj windshield frame. You then need to do some trimming to your ws frame to put the seal on. Pretty self explanitory when you look at it. Other than that just make a couple slotted cuts in the backside of your ws frame for the tj clamps to catch on.
