2.5l sputters at high rpm when cold.

My 2.5l kind of sputters with flat throttle (not coasting, not giving it gas) when the motor is cold and is above 2500 rpm. After it warms up, it's fine. Any suggestions? I've replaced a few sensors including
O2 (been a while)
Coolant Temp Sensor (kinda melted from exhaust)
A few I can't remember off the top of my head

Why yes actually, I am a slave to my jeep...
