2.5 to 4.0 tb swap-What year(s)-models will work for this swap

Looking to swap tb. ive seeing several threads and people are using different year and model jeeps. Does it really matter. And I have a 1995 yj 2.5

I actually did this on my 94 yj, you can use up to a 95 throttle body! And usually when I start it when its warm idles around 2,000 and slowly drops to 1,300 but I have amazing throttle response! And make sure you swap both of the sensors over from the 2.5tb to the 4.0 so it will have a better idle

I have not yet done this swap, but it is my understanding that any 4.0 throttle body from any model will work as long as it has 4 bolt holes.

Thanks to yalls need I now run my 2.5 with a 4.0 tb. Can notice quicker throttle response. Thanks for the help
