1995 YJ wont crank after i get it up to temp

jeep will run perfect in the morning but if i go to the store 15 miles down the road and come back shut it off and try to crank it will not... like i said i have been working and racking my brain about this. please any suggestions will be a blessing!
i have replaced:
starter
Battery
Plugs
Fuel FIlter
Coil
Stater
Throttle Position sensor
also ran injector cleanor through it

i am getting fuel and fire...

it has a slight stutter or miss at idle and low RPMs
once i get up to certain rpm it seems to run fine.
the stutter just started happening (worse) after i replaced the TPS

, but when drove 10 / 15 miles will not crank until at least the next morning..... (blows my mind)

thanks for any and all tips/hints/fix/tricks!!

Does it crank but not turn over? Or just turn the key and nothing? If it cranks and cranks but doesn't turn over it could be the CPS. Looks like by the list of parts already replaced that would logically be the next one

yes it cranks and cranks and cranks but never hits. Not even with starter fluid. by CPS are you meaning crankshaft postion sensor? if so how come this would not effect it when it is cold and does run? thanks for the reply!

No crank shaft sensor would keep it from firing at all. What you need to do first is pull the codes with the key trick. It sounds like the pick up in the distributor to me but pull the codes first period. Stop throwing parts at it and troubleshoot properly. We will help you. Its a lot cheaper and you learn more about your engine.

I am sure Que will be along shortly. He is a master at the electronics.

i have pulled the codes and came up with bad or short in alternator (cant remember what the number was). this lead to one of the things i replaced (Battery) the second code it threw was 52 (O2 sensor) which lead me to replace (TPS, after discussion with parts store guy and mechanic friend)

after replacing what i have i am now getting NO codes???

that is the first thing i check after replacing and clearing codes (key trick)

thanks for the response and i look forward to more help!!

When it is not starting are you sure your still getting spark at the plugs during this time?

Crankcase position sensor. Stops working when hot. When it cools down works fine. Typical problem.
