1995 Wrangler has rough idle

Hello- This is my first post in this forum. I've been browsing and it looks great in here so I thought maybe I could get some help here. I have a 95 Wrangler with a 4 cylinder and its been acting up recently. When I'm driving its fine, but when I stop the idle gets very choppy (200-300rpm) and almost stalls, but then after a few seconds comes back to normal. Does anyone have any idea what that coould be? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

I recently bought a 95 and had some problems with rough idle.
I found a split vaccum cap on the throttle body that seemed to be the cause.
I still have some problems but not as bad. Still looking!!
