1992 YJ wrangler, vapor lock issue

Getting embarassing having my jeep die while driving home every night, bad enough that it is 100 deg. outside.
Replaced in-tank fuel pump, filter and vented gas cap and still have issue. Can drive to work in the morning with no issues, but on the hot drive home it will stutter and die about 1-2 miles from home every time! Try to re-start and it may stumble for a second but still won't start. Today I unscrewed gas cap and relieved a bunch of pressure and it started right up - had to drive home with cap off = not safe.
What can i do now? Gas cap is 1 day old and still pressure builds up like crazy. Where can i look to get this fixed? Hate to jump out of jeep every 2 miles to unscrew gas cap.

Any ideas?

thanx mucho!
