Tom, any good shop should be able to install the gears for you.

I'm pretty sure he read it, it's just a little surprising that you can't find a shop in NoCal to put a set of gears in. Where have you been looking?
If you go to the local garage or trans shop (yellow pages...) and ask around they should be able to do it, or at the very least direct you to someone who can.

no worries. 4WP is huge here in Cali. Don't know if you have ORWs up by you or not, but I'd check them too. I stick to ORW most of the time myself. though i've never had them do any work on my rig, I just run up the credit card bill there buying goodies. great staff, knowledgable, and awsome customer service.
