1992 YJ 2.5L Intake Manifold Vacuum Issue

First time posting so if I mess this up let me know.

While replacing a cracked exhaust manifold on a 92 YJ, I seemed to have misplaced a small junction for vacuum hoses that was connected to the intake manifold adjacent to the intake manifold inlet and throttle body. I have a service manual from 89 that has proved to be little use in finding the name of this piece. It's box shaped and has several outlets. I know my description is not the best but if anyone knows the name of the part and/or where I might be able to find one it would be greatly appreciated.

It is not a thermal vacuum switch, correct? I would call it a vacuum junction block. Quadra-Tec did not list it, you may need to take a trip to the dealer or local junkyard.
