1990 YJ 4 banger knocking when warm

Hello trying to diagnose what might be causing a knocking noise that has suddenly developed. If i drive around short distances i hear no knocking however if i drive longer distances and let the motor warm up i start to get a pretty noticeable knocking from the top of the engine. Just curious if anyone can point me in a direction to look in. Also i notice my oil pressure starts to fluctuate wildly when the knocking starts.
