1990 gearing question

I just picked up a 99 explorer axle and it came with 4:10's and I am planning on running 33x11.50's and am gonna re gear the front too. I have the 4.2l would the 4:10's be good or should I go with a different gear?

If it came wit 4 10s on the explorer then why would you wanna go a different ratio up front? that gear ratio and tire will be just right.

4:10's with 33's is a great ratio.
It's cheaper to just buy a complete D30 from a 4 cylinder Wrangler. They were all 4:11's. As long as you are within 3 you are just fine.
