1989 Yj hard starts and dies when cold!!

What's up guys(and girls) been a while since I've been back on here and got my other problem fixed. Now it seems its getting colder and the jeep has been starting to not want to stay running right after start when its cold and cycling the pedal seems to be the only way to keep it running for a while until it warms up a little its got the 2.5 TBI. A buddy of mine said it could be the IAC valve?? Or egr valve ?? I have no clue but it got down to 45 today and took several attempts to keep running didn't have this problem last winter when I got the jeep so? Any help would be a lifesaver, thanks

Download these:
Here is a link for the FSM. Follow the adjustments on all the sensors.

Check the adjustment on the ISA and TPS.

If its doing it when its cold you need to check the coolant temp sensor and the intake air temp sensor. You could have an issue with the egr but I would check the adjustments and check the resistances on the sensors first. That egr tube is a PITA for sure.
