In a PITA place.
IIRC, you have to pull the glove box assembly out, and it is tucked up in behind there with the main wire harness coming through the firewall almost in the center of the jeep. The bolts that hold it in the tray it sits on are poking through the firewall to the engine side just beside your battery box.
