12 Degrees on Pinion with CV to much??

Does anyone else run near 12 degrees on their rear pinion with a C.V. shaft and have any issues...i.e. pinion bearing lube starvation??

My transfer case output was 5 degrees downward with a 9 degree upward pinion rotation which resulted in a 20" long driveshaft length at ride height and a 16 degree driveshaft angle. The difference is 7 degrees! Waaay to much. I know changing your pinion angle directly effects your driveshaft angle also so putting a 6 degree wedge in there would actually put me with too high a pinion and too low a driveshaft angle.

I figured this by putting my dimensions in a CAD program then constraining everyting so only the pinion could rotate and the driveshat getting longer or smaller. It turns out that 12 degrees of rotaion put the driveshaft at around14 degrees which is 2 under pointing directly at it which is what is recommended for leaf spring setups? (1-3 degrees??).

Any comments or answers to question above would be appreciated
