Rubicon 10th Anniversary Edition

Just found this kinda neat new production Rubicon coming. Also, I wonder how they got that bumper OK'd, wouldn't think stubbies would be "legal" from the factory.

Gotta say, I kinda like that red leather interior, reminds me a bit of the Pork Chop concept.

I like the bumpers and the hood is a nice touch, not a big fan of the red seats, and the Anvil color isn't doing it justice. I can see some concepts they are playing with for the next gen Wrangler.

I like it! Red interior looks great with certain paint jobs, that Anvil color is one of them. And I do kinda like those wheels--they have a high tech yet rugged 'Blade Runner' feel to them, similar to what Nissan was using on the mid 80s pickups and pathfinders. The black centers with machined outer lips is how its done, although Id like them to be more deep dish. That front bumper is awesome. So from an appearance standpoint, this thing is done right. But it STILL needs a factory Hemi!

I like it. I'd like it more with a diesel.

^ agree'd! I bought my Patriot because of it's fuel economy and I love it to pieces both on and off road (it's no Wrangler but it gets the job done and has conquered everything I've thrown at it) but a month after I brought my Pat home they announced this sexy beast of a Wrangler! And damn do I want one! I mainly love the exterior mods and that Anvil color. The red seats aren't my favorite but they match the theme since theres so much red hidden here and there. But like 99WJ539918 said...I'd like it more with a diesel. That new 3.0L diesel they're putting in the Grand Cherokee this year will supposedly get the same MPG's that my 2.4L Patriot gets If they put that in the Wrangler I'd be hard pressed not to trade my Pat in already, sad to say. This is a definite win for Jeep. One of the best lookin Wranglers to come from the factory in my opinion and I hope that we see more of this in the future.

A few weeks ago I saw an Unlimited that had just rolled in to my local dealer as a special order. It was beautiful, but would be tough to wheel at least until it's paid off. It was $45k.

The bumpers do look really nice on the 10th Anniv. edition, FWIW. Are they steel?
