rare yj grand wrangler?

this is not a new jeep but i would ask. i found this yj and want to know if anybody knows anything about it.it is about 12" wider that any other yj i have seen

I want to say thats a jeep prototype. I saw something kinda like that built by jeep at the off road show.

Looks like the wipers are factory size leaving a 1' gap in between them.
