And change the name. I really don't think of off road or rugged when I think of a Panda. And don't bastardize the Cherokee name either.

That might be a Jeep my wife would drive, she likes small cars. And I prefer this over the Compass... ugh. I learned to drive on FIATs (I come from a FIAT family in Brazil), so I have no problem with what's happening as long as the Italians leave Jeep's vision and image intact. I think it's a relationship that can be highly beneficial to both brands.

I still like the name Compass even though the original vehicle is a steaming pile of dog doo.

they did not screw up Ferrari, so that is a good omen...

I want them to leave more than the image alone...they need to make sure they keep making the Wrangler and that it is just as capable as it always has been...

I don't care what they do with the rest of it...esp. if it allows the Wrangler to live and prosper...
