Ihc To Buy The Jeep Brand Name

I was reading in "ALL JEEPS JP MAGAZINE" that GM & Chrysler will merge soon. & that IHC has agreed to buy the Jeep brand name. It looks like it will be a good deal for those of us with Jeeps. They are signing to keep the Chrysler, MB engines for 5 years. By 2013 the Grand Cherokee will be available with a Navistar 4.5L diesel with an Allison 1000 5 speed. The new company will be called the International Jeep Corp. The Compass, Commander, & Patriot will be dropped in 2010.
Hope I posted this in the correct place, & hope this isn't a re-post. I couldn't find anything in the search.

Serious repost, and also an April Fool's joke. Look at the month on the magazine.

So your telling me a national magazine printed an article & put it on their cover as a joke? Why couldn't I find prior posts in the search?
Some how I have a hard time believing this is a joke.
Please give me more info.
