Id be interested in a jk only if it had diesel option!
I wouldnt purchase a gas guzzler no way, if its going to burn fuel im all about a new h3 hummer.

Won't touch a HUMMER at all. But I think I'll wait until DCX develops a diesel option for the Wrangler. I pretty much decided that today. The 3.0 L diesel in the 2007 Grand Cherokee CRD would be about right for the Wrangler.
Please listen, if you're out there, DCX lurkers... I'd really hate to have to pay double to get AEV to modify it. A 2-3 k premium would be begrudgingly acceptable. dygituljunky |

i am not sure but it think there will be a diesel option 2.7 CRD for the JK,only for europe.i dont know if it will be available in US.
why do u want diesels, your gas prices are so cheap?

Because I could brew my own biodiesel and free myself from the chains of the BP/Speedway etc. Not to mention its better for the environment.

the diesel option availble in europe is the 2.8 crd, either witha 6sp manual or 5sp auto. i'm pretty shure this will be the setup that will find its way to the US dealers in a year or so, since they did the same trick with the libby.
