There is, all newer Chrysler produces (pretty much anything from 2006/2007 on), have a TIPM (totally integrated power module) replacing the traditional fuse and relay box with a computer module. When it fails (and failure is common, especially in early years) it causes all sorts of electrical problems (since it supplies power to virtually everything in the vehicle).
