I'm just scared Fiat is gonna bring down Jeep. Don't get me wrong I'm crazy thankful Chrysler is out of bankruptcy, and I'd be happy with lower parts prices., but I'm just terrified of ugly designs and low quality parts. If I'm gonna be off-roading, I want my Jeep to hold together. And on design, I'm worried the new Cherokee is the beginning of the end. Hopefully I'm just paranoid here.

The Frankfurt auto show is next month and Jeep has used that show for official reveals before. It might make sense to unveil the subcompact Fiat-based vehicle there given the potentially global appeal of a small Jeep.
