Earth Roamer

I was looking at some of the Jeeps on eBay today and I came across this. Thought you guys would enjoy it. It reminds me of the medical trucks that we have in the military.

that looks kinda cool, or atleast a good idea untill you have to take some really tight trails to get where you want and mess it up lol. that is why i just throw the tent in the back and do it the old fashion way.

Yeah I don't think it would look pretty after a rollover.

Those things would be very useful for some people... researchers going on expeditions etc.

The design could be better though. I don't think it needs that overhang over the windshield to increase drag. They could increase the length on the upper part of the back too since the JK has such short rear overhang

The tent looks funny open, but I would totally get this. This thing would be perfect for long expeditions and safaris. How much did they want for it?

Interesting Concept. I wonder how top heavy it is and if it is enough to be an issue (both on and off road)..

ive looked at that on another site and it has a crapper, stove, sink and shower(i think the shower is just the sink faucet on a hose deal) and also under the overhang/popup part there is, i guess..., another tent that drops down. i dont think its commercialy available either and its not like a drop in camper either it has to be done by the company. and one last thing is that to fold the top back up it uses a warn atv winch with a pulley system
