"...finally, the Compass is the vehicle Jeep intended it to be."

A sad cross between mini van and station wagon is what they intended!? This should say Dodge on it, not Jeep.

I wonder if rainbow stickers and "I Love My Poodle" stickers come standard.

I hope Chrysler burns for this one.

Looks like they shrunk a grand cherokee and added compass tail lights

Oh, Square block body ? With Octagonal wheel wells ? High nickel engine blocks ? with forged steel internals ? Dana axles ?

Built by Americans ? In America ? For American Motors ?<--Can't get anymore patriotic !

Yup those are the jeeps for me too . . .

thats why there is a KK in my driveway it seems to be the last of a dying breed besides the wrangler of coruse but if jeep ever screws with that there will be an uprising of the people that no automaker has ever seen the likes of

I can understand the need for a crossover or car based suv. They get decent gas mileage and can do some minor off road with awd. That's enough for a lot of people. I don't understand why they would make the Compass along with the Patriot since they are basically the same vehicle. One should be dropped and it should be the Compass Not very nice to look at. The Patriot is better, but still has a long way to go with styling

That is a neat concept, But from what I seen the Compass aka mini Grand is going to be the continued unit.

Not sure how the Patriot is going to fair ?
