2007 JK Wrangler spotted - PICS

I was on my way to work this morning and noticed a "different" Jeep pull out in front of me. It was early, but my brain clicked and I realized it was the new JK. SWEET. Open the glove box, grab the camera, speed up. It is really good looking in person. I liked what I saw on Jeep's website, but I loved what I saw in person. The pics aren't great, but they're better than nothing. Oh yeah, it was a Rubicon model too.

Have not seen a real one on the road, that one looks great.

I thought they were having a delay with the Rubicons, but who knows.

Drove it today.

I drove the new Wrangler Rubicon today. Nothing like my TJ. Adjustable driver seat, removable front portion of the top, rear seat folds up with just a pull of the little lever, (great). push button door handles, (much better). this was an automatic with overdrive button on the console, very good low end grunt with the 4:10's. Dana 44's front and rear, oh yeah, power windows, I couldn't figure out how to roll them up and down, (switch is in the middle of the dash). sweet stereo with cd, and sirius radio. $ 29,600 on the window. This is a very different Jeep my friends. I'll have one down the road. Jack

I passed 2 today on my way home from work. A 2 door and a 4 door neither gave a wave back. That was the first ones I have seen on the road and I think they look pretty sweet.

I saw a 4-door with a soft top, soft upper doors. It looked kinda odd, but not too bad.

I discovered the wave when I got my TJ. Nobody ever waved at me in my XJ . In the TJ, I see people wave when I'm in rural areas, but almost never in urban areas.

So I've started doing the same

I saw 2 4 door models today.

You definitely HAVE to wave if you own a Wrangler.

First off, let me say, the new JK's are pretty cool. I mean they definitely are different and I can't wait to see one some day offroading.

And about the Jeep Wave....It's a MUST!! Gotta keep the tradition going.

I just got mine 2 weeks ago, and promptly went to Pinedale, WY for a week and a half. I have to say, after much mud, many rough roads, and 3,500 miles - I'm in love!
