XJ NSG 370 transmission swap CPS Issues

Hi guys, wondering if any of you would be able to help me out. I am in the final stages of a transmission swap into my 88 (renix) Cherokee. swapped in an 05 nsg370 6 speed out of a TJ for my peugeot BA10/5. Everything went in nice, though I am dealing with with some crank position issues.

The NSG has the sensor in a different spot than the Peugeot and will not fit the old sensor, so I am splicing my old harness to the new sensor. (it has been done successfully before) (post #10)

My issue is than my original harness only has two wires (red and white), while the new sensor has 3 (orange, grey, and blue) Unsure of how to wire it as in all previous examples, both harness had 3 wires, and you just trial matched them up until the jeep fired. Any help or thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks. Travis.
