XJ Idle issue!

My '97 XJ 4.0 (150k) has recently started lowering its idle for a few seconds after I stop when I put it in park or neutral. It drops for a few seconds but then comes right back up to normal. I have since gone over the PCV/CCV system including cleaning both tubes, replacing both grommets, and replacing the rear breather elbow/valve. There has been no change. I'm gonna check the IAC this afternoon I guess, but are there any other suggestions? What vacuum hoses should I check? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

It's not an IAC issue, or it would be a continuous problem. Let me know what you find though, mine has been doing the same thing for a while now and I can't figure it out.
