XJ Hood Modification

I did a search and found the set you can buy but I can get the Strong Arms cheaper. Anybody put the Strong Arms under the hood of their XJ? I want to do this and need some info. What a the lenght mesurements and weight range?

Wow that's fancy - I don't think I ever would've thought of that. I usually rig a baseball bat, crowbar, something of the sort.

I bought it though a group buy on here a LONG time ago....I think the price has also went up since then....i think i got it for like 45 or so....It works very good and i was very happy with it. I dont know why they didnt make it that way from the factory, it is SO much nicer...

Yea hood struts, stong arms the one like from readine. Whats the measurements of the strut?
