We used to have a Land Rover and we took them up on the offer to take ours on the "obstacle course". It was kind of like the Jeep Jamboree thing but for Land Rovers. After going through it I really don't see where it would be an issue at all to take an XJ through it. Really simple stuff in comparison to what everyone takes their XJ's through.

here is a video of me running a land rover course that was setup at rausch creek.
no lie, there were 50 year old ladies taking this course with the utmost care in their brand new landrovers about 5 minutes before this video was taken. http://smg.photobucket.com/albums/v724/Wuju/Rausch%20Creek%20Comp%201109/?action=view¤t=RauschComp098.flv

rather then trying it at night. go there during the day when the land rovers are over there. drive over, and a camera to one of the dealership guys, and ask him to video tape you so that all of JF.com can see....lol
