So true, I opened a fab shop in Santa Clarita Ca. 5 months ago. I was looking at the off road and studio industry. With the writers strike and a lot of people facing hard times, the shop thing is just not working. I say do it for fun and keep a real job, that is what I am going to do.

My Welder is a Hobart 140. It works well for most of the stuff I build. I us a Miller 210 or a Miller 251 for all suspension parts or material 1/4" or thicker.

I built the grille I guess just to be different. I took two CJ grilles and morphed it from there. There is a poor build write up on it. The link is in my signature. It came out really nice and I like it too. There are few out there that have round headlights on there XJ's. I know that the there are some purists that won't like the round lights and I am cool with that also. I just wanted to make it so that the grille looked like it was made to be on the Jeep, not just some hacked thrown together thing.

I should figure a way so I can mass produce these fenders/flares. As of right now the price would be to high for the normal person to buy.
