I wish I could fab for a living and have thought of opening my own business. I always worry that I would loose everthing in the venture. I have been fabbing stuff for around 18 years. I started fabbing one off stuff for show cars on the side. I would try never to make the same thing twice due to the originality part of the show car world. I have done quit abit of show car stuff, some racing fabrication, and alot of 4 wheeling/rock crawling fabrication. I just mainly do it on the side for people who want something different than the everyday catalog order. Thanks for the great comments!!!

Wonderful build write-up, Tom. Wanna make some custom tube fenders for mine? You know, just for the heck of it.
Seriously though, ever since the TJ's got those sweet tube fenders, I wanted to see what they'd look like on an XJ. That's exactly what I had in my head.

Thanks to everyone for the nice comments. I wish I could make these a production piece but they take to much time for the money I could get for them. I am also a true believer in selling a product that is of the highest quality. I guess thats why I don't make any money when building something for someone

Thats looks amazing... if you could set up rigs and jigs and whatever else, you could probably make a few of them rather quickly ! I think you would make ALOT of money if you started selling these... I would buy a set. Great work.
