XJ Abs Light

My ABS light has been on for a few months. The ABS seems to be failing as well. With an inspection due in February, and the snow starting to fall, this is something I think needs attention. Any suggestions on where to start?

Not sure how the ABS works on the XJ's, but I know on cars usually a bad wheel bearing will cause the light to come on.

If I had to take a guess, I would say its a bad sensor somewhere in the system. Trying pulling the codes and see what/if you get anything for ABS
