I'm binding at full lock and sometimes the grease fitting will hit the nut on my steering stabilizer. Will a drop pitman arm fix this?

you adjusted the pinion angle too far.

at the very least you need to roll it back so the steering clears.

ideally you get some adjustable lowers so you can properly pull the axle back so it clears.

either that or you hit something with your drag link and flattened it out some.

My 2000 did the exact same thing when I went from 3.5" of lift to 5.5" of lift. I have fixed lowers and adjustable uppers. Adjusting the uppers to clear the stock bracket did not result in an acceptable pinion angle or caster angle. I bought the PolyPerformance axle side sway bar relocation bracket and welded it on just like in the picture. Problem solved.
