Not sure about the color, but they look really comfy compared to the stock seats. The rear seats look a good bit bigger than the old ones. What did you have to do to get them to mount correctly?

That was the best and comfiest set I could find, I had to sacrifice the color but I love them and dont mind the color after I got used to it. I will explain later I need to drive 9 hours tomorrow and 4 in the morning.

Ill take care of explaining...since i have them too, The bottom of the back seat mounts to the cross member that sticks up from the floor the only modificaiton needed to be done is to trim the the bottom plastic on the inside of the fender to cotour to the wheel wells, then you need to bolt them in... the back of the back seat just bolts into place where you need to drill the holes for the two out side brackets. the middle bracket faces forward in a wj i fliped it so it would fit in an xj, works the same...oh yea you need to remove the brackets that hold the back seat up. otherwise i think that is it...

tozier9 what year grand cherokee did you get them out of...those look to be from a zj (93-98) and becaue the wj (99-04) single seat is behind the driver seat...looks good though...im glad it worked out

The putty color is kind of grody, but I love the idea. I'll have to think about that for my 90 XJ. How much of Beotch was it to get them in?

for me with the wj seats i would say it was a 8/10...however you do have to remember they did change the floor plan in 95 so your front ones would be different

Do you have any close up pics of the WJ rear seat brackets?
I really want to do the 60/40 split rear seat in my XJ but I'd like a close up of what goes where and how much needs to be hacked.
How much (if any) rear seat legroom and head room did you lose?
