Wipers won't work

I've read through 13 pages of wiper complaints on this forum. Damn near all of them complain about intermittent or erratic wipers. Mine just don't work at all. I've checked all the fuses and the fuses look fine. One thing I noticed is that my hazards aren't working either. Do you know if the wipers and the hazards are on the same relay? I inherited this XJ and it came with other problems too. At first none of the blinkers worked either and it had a key stuck in the ignition. I ended up just replacing the whole steering column with another one that I got from ebay and now my blinkers work again, but I still don't have wipers. Any ideas?

Any idea what year your XJ is? They're not all the same.

Whoops, sorry about that. It's a 93 XJ, 4.0, manual transmission, 4 door.

Hopefully someone with a factory owner's manual showing the fuseblock will post it up for ya.

I've already checked the fuses and they seem to be fine.

Usually uses a circuit breaker and not a fuse. Does your fusebox look like this?

Also you just answered my question. Mine is missing the circuit breaker. I kept glancing at that slot wondering what the hell it was and if it was my problem. Then I thought to myself "No, my wife's grandfather wouldn't have just taken it out and threw it away"..... I guess I should have known better with all the other items he's jimmy rigged on this thing.

Here's a better diagram.
