Help identify this mount/bracket

I was told this was a Warn winch mount for an XJ. I thought it might be a Mile Marker. I can find nothing on either of those web sites that looks anything like this or has that logo on it. Can anyone identify this?

Not going to be much help with the identification but I would not trust only four bolts on my xj for mounting a winch. You will mess your front end up. However there are companies that make frame tie ins just for that.

yeah I'm not seeing much XJ compatibility when I look at it either.

I don't see that thing fitting to an XJ - and even if it did, it's a really crappy attempt in every possible way of a winch mount.

Dunno, it has rubber "bumpers" if you will, on what I assume is the fromt. The bolt are 1/2 inch and the side bkts are 3/16 steel.

Enyone have an idea of the maker based on the logo on it?
