Will these tires fit? Backspacing question

96 Jeep Cherokee with a 4.5 in lift, no blocks
I got some 12.5x33 (305/70/r16)toyos, and I want to buy some American Racing Baja 16x8
with 4.5" of backspacing.
My question is, how much backspacing should I need to not be rubbing while street driving. I would rather not cut up my flares, although the bumper caps up front can be trimmed.
I understand that when wheeling, flexing will make them rub. Ill take care of that. I just want a comfortable street rig that can go offroad
Here it is on some 15x10 with 275/60 on it

My 33's rub lca at full lock but that's about it. I'm on 4.0" backspace, so at the very least you'll probly hit lca.

x2

As for the flares, you may get away with it on the street, but not offroad. My 31"s eat the flares in the back with 4.5" of lift. The opening is just too small. I need to trim or bumpstop.
