Will a 241 Transfer Case work behind an AW4.

I found a NP241 transfer case out of a 2005 Wrangler Rubicon. Does anyone know if it will work behind an AW4 that is currently in my '01 XJ. The 241 has a factory SYE and it has the 4:1 low range. The price is right and it only has 14,000 miles on it.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thank you Mr Holder. That thread seems to answer most every question i had. And it does appear that you can make a NP241 work up against an AW4.
