what is all needed for the 7120 to a 0331 head swap ?????

Has any body done this swap that could tell me what all is needed to take the head out of 1992 cherokee limited ho and put it into a 2000 cherokee .

Like any sensors brackets pulleys or any thing . are the rods the same length?

Does anybody know any good right ups on this??
