Wet brakes

When it rains my abs doesn't work and it locks up with the slightest touch I checked out the lines in the back seems one rusted thru the coating. Would that be the problem or is it something more?

Any details about your vehicle ? XJ Cherokee or not ? Do you have ABS ? Year, engine size ?

Yes It has abs and sry I'm trying to give the right details but I'm no mech by any means I'm just too broke to pay someone else plus I like tinkering on it

Which tires are locking up ? Is the ABS malfunction light ON ? When was the las time you serviced or inspected the brakes ?

Yes rear tires and I regularly check them plus everything else lol

No lights or indicators just locks rear tires only when

You ck the wheel cylinders for leaks only reason i ask is cause mine did the same thing and my wheel cylinder was leakn on one side

There have been reports about cheaper pads and shoes soaking up water and doing what you describe.
