Weather strip removal

Alright I just got my windows tinted, and I was told that dirt on the weather strips might scratch the tint, and that it was not covered by the warrantee.

My question is how do I remove the lower weather strips without rolling the window down?

That's a little like asking how to get your foot out of a boot without unlacing it isn't it
While what the tint shop told you is true, perhaps you're taking it as a bigger deal than it really is. The same condition exists on a whole lot of other vehicles that still have lower weatherstrips in place. I'd probably carry on status quo but keep an awareness to clean up any big mudballs that happen to fall where they might cause problems.
