waggy front conversion write up?

so im debating on my front end makeover. i was thinking of goin 97+ body style. but now im debating a waggy conversion. i photochopped mine to see. personally ive never seen any one with a blacked out waggy grill and clears. id try 3 h4 bulbs or similar to it as well. so if you guys know any write ups on a conversion or just the set up, i'd appreciate it. thanks

Im pretty sure everything is a bolt on. Go to a junkyard and grab the front. Also grab the headlight wiring harnesses.

That will look nice something different to shake things up A bit. Hope you can pull it off with out to much trouble and at same time get your jeep fixed. Good luck.

so the headlight harness and i guess the headlight sockets as well is all i need besides the grill and headlight bezels. and also what is the two squares next to the lower headlights for? is that for the parking lights? and also i can get away with the same header piece from a pre 97 xj right? or is there a waggy specific header piece? (i looked on ebay and they seem to be the same)

Yes, I do believe those are the front marker lights. Recessed behind the grille. The header should be same.

But when you go, I would just pull the whole thing. There are only like 4 bolts holding the entire front fascia on. Pull the whole thing and then it should bolt right up to yours.

You shouldn't convert unless you are going to get the wood grain dash also

84 jeep xj front end conversion

I as well have a question. I was curious if a 1997-01 jeep cherokee front end would bolt up to a 1984 jeep cherokee?
