You know when I used the seafoam for the first time in my 00 XJ w/ 90K miles on it that is what I was expecting. However after I poured it in and let it sit I started the Jeep and nothing. I might as well have poured fuel in there for all I know. Followed the directions from the can and forum to the T. Maybe she was just clean I am hoping

Yep that's about right. After you're done, you gotta take it out and romp on it to clear all the crap out.

It won't hurt, but chances are it won't do much for ya either. It cleans carbon deposits out of the intake manifold basically, but if your engine is running good now don't expect any improvement from it.
