turned my non-winch bumper into a winch bumper

Well here's the project I've been planning for a year and working on since February. The full write-up can be found on my website. Here's the direct link - http://www.ericsxj.com/winch/winchbumper.htm

The write-up is in 5 parts and includes:
Bumper Modification
Mounting the Winch
Relocating the Solenoid Box
In-Cab Winch Control
Electrical Upgrades

Here's some teaser pics - there are more in the write-up...

Its a Warn 9.0Rc winch

In-cab winch control

Optima BlueTop and HD battery cables

Looks awesome. Now you need to write another book and show everyone how you did it. Once again your book is sweet. Ive read it like 80 times cover to cover

I second the "write another book idea"
If you do i will buy it

Not to hijack, but a quick question, why a blue top over a yellow or red? Is there an advantage?

Yes.

Red is not a deep cycle. Yellow and Blue are identical other than the Blue has auxillary posts on the top, Yellow has side terminals. That and the warranty on the BlueTop is better.
