Trouble Code Trouble!!!

i was working on my sisters car today when i decided to take the few seconds to check my 94 cherokee for any trouble codes. well this time i came up with one...it was 13...after looking it up if found that it was "Fault in the map sensor pneumatic circuit".....ok...so now i know what the problem is...or atleast what its called...does anyone know exactly what this is and can explain it in simple terms...i know its something about how the engines running from start and once its started. but that doenst help much and doenst tell me how to fix it. thanks for all your help

That means that it is time to replace to MAP. Check the vacuum lines to it first though.

UNDER HOOD, CENTER, REAR ENGINE AREA, MOUNTED ON UPPER FIREWALL
