transfer case
i have a 231 case in my jeep that has problems. i bought a 231j cheap. my question, will parts out of one case fit in the other?? this is in case they have different splines!! thanks!!!

You will have to know what years each of them are from. All the guts from one might swap to the other housing, but the gear design changed around 95 that would make it impossible use use parts from one on the other.
