For those of you with Trimmed Fenders
Hey guys, I am trying to make a new style of fender flares for the 97+ cherokee. The problem is that I need some old scrapped fender flares to build off of. Do any of you guys have your flares laying around and willing to donate to me? If not willing to donate i might buy for cheap.....PLEASE HELP...i want to manufacture some new flares so us Cherokee guys have more options....
THANKS GUYS Mark

I recently did some too. I used the stock flares and modified them. The rears were the hardest.

Besides it looked funny to me without flares at all. I could do a better job on the rear if I had it to do over again. Take your time if you go this route, and shoot me a PM if I can be of any help.

If i still have mine then you're welcome to them for the price of shipping. I'll go check real quick.
EDIT: I still have them, If i can figure out how to ship them and you don't mind paying shipping then they're all yours.

well i dont know how to post pics but this is my cardomain website
u can see close ups of the fender flares on page three.. i actually trimmed about an inch off my fenders then mounted them with new holes and fiberglassed them on.. so i can fit my 30" tires under it.. the rear just barely rubs when i hit huge bumps with lots of ppl in my car so im just gettin those air shcoks to fix that so when i have ppl in it i can adjust it.. but here are the pics. this is just an option if u r planning on heavy fourwheeling i wouldn't recommend it.. but if u do.. make sure u bolt the flares on well before fiberglassing.. i hope u like it.. http://www.cardomain.com/ride/803989/2 |

i basically just want to take some scrap fender flares and plastic weld, or do whatever i have to in order to make an almost stock looking flare that is somewhat bigger for better coverage of bigger tires.
