What Temperature should my thermostat be running at? It's running at 210 degrees, is that normal?

Yes that's the normal temp for these engines.

210'F is the stock operating temp. All is well with your motor.

Do be aware that if the temp creeps up at a hot idle as the weather gets warmer, you may have a worn out fan clutch. Typical lifespan is 5 years or so, in this case, the temp will sit above 210'F with the e-fan cycling in and out with no noticeable temp drop...first suspect is not your thermostat but your $35 fan clutch.

The 4.0 comes from the factory with the 195 degree thermostat. This is the correct thermostat for most stock 4.0 applications.

The engine coolant temperature (which is what you're reading on your dash) is usually between 200-210.

Just because you have a 195 degree thermostat doesn't mean that the engine will run at 195. The thermostat does NOT control the maximum operating temperature of the engine, rather it is the approximate temperature where the thermostat "opens".
