Awesome work on that rear bumper.

Why not cut the metal where the tire mounts? What is the need for the part sticking up past the joint?

Im plannig on going to 33" and want the tyre up agaist metal for surport

Bonnet vents

Ive also put bonnet vents on to drop the temp.

Could be something obscure to us, he's in Australia... I'm loving the fab work on the bumper, it looks deceptively beefy, but I didn't see how he mounted it, could be a weak spot there... I'll look again.

I want to do some vents like that, the jeep doesn't overheat, but it's cool looking and will offer much better airflow, can probably make a snorkle out of them too...

Didnt get any good pictures of the mounts.

I cut the hole in the back of the jeep to fit a 50x50 angle (5mm thick) to run thought the chassis.





The mounts also act as the towbar bolt up. The base plate is out of 8mm thick plate and with two 50x50x3mm square tubing the mainbar is welded too.





This one shows there the towball bolts up.

a little update, put 33"s on the little girl.





Moved the flares up around a 1 1/2 inchs. When it stops raining l get some better pictures
