TassieXJ budget buildup.

My jeep is stock at the monemt expect for the 4.5" superflex lift kit, 30" tyres (way to small) and also on LPG gas.

The jeep is on a three year project (which lm behind on) before on child starts school.

2007- still got to do the steering brace, 4 wheel disc brakes, rear driveshaft & SYE and shocks.

2008- Dual battery setup, rear drawer system, snorkel, exhaust 2 1/2", bonnet vents, bullbar, rearbar with tyre holder and bushwacker cut away flares.

2009- upgrade rear diff with either dana44 or super35 kit or maybe a nissan GQ, diff ratio and tyres 33-35".

4.5" SUPERFLEX LIFT

Here are some pictures of the lift (didnt take that many). The first picture is before the lift. Havent been able to test it out to much, due to the shock been to short and needs SYE and shaft (hopeful soon).

This is after the lift, a big different. It made the tyres look too small.

Rear drawers and cargo barrier

REAR DRAWERS AND CARGO BARRIER

Next l started was the rear drawers and cargo barrier. I didnt take to many photos of the build, but have to pull them apart to glue, so will take some then. Apart from that the only stuff left is the carpet and clean up to do.

Fixing up the drawers with locks, still need to get handles.

Putting little hide aways in, the hinges are temporary until l get some piano hinge

nice looking Rig.. Can you tell a difference running on LPG? nice box you got there. I was gonna do that but I lay the seat down too many times to sleep back there. If i had one i would deff not get any room.

There is a bit of a power lose running on LPG, but lve been told that if l change it to the injection LPG, then l wont loose any power. At the monent l get 500kms from a full tank of fuel and 350km from LPG.

Rearbar

Finish the bar part itself, primer and paint. The tyre holder is next.
