Suspension / Steering tutorial?

I read many of the posts about track bars, pitman arms, drop links, SYE's, CV's, etc and it's difficult to understand without some reference or picture. You guys know of any tutorials or books that show suspension / steering geometries and how lifts impact them and what you need to do to fix it?
Thanks

and, yes, I ordered a FSM but I think they strapped to the back of a snail

I've seen some really good ones online, but I can't remember where. I think you'll probably have to do a search and wade through all of the useless b.s.

Yeah, that's what I've been doing......

Do any fly fishing in that part of the country??? Heard it was good up there. Lived in Santa Cruz for 20 years but got to cold and taxed to death. But then there are hurricanes here.....what ya gonna do?

I fish quite a bit. I could never get the hang of fly fishing though. I'm just not patient enough. Some of the best fly fishing in the world is up in Dunsmuir, on the Upper Sacramento River. Dunsmuir is about 45 minutes north of Redding. Its pretty wierd, you just park in downtown Dunsmiur and walk about 20 feet to the river. You can pull out Brooks, Rainbows and Browns all day long. Shasta Lake has an awesome Bass season. You can pull out a fish every 5-10 minutes during the spring. They get really agressive when they're spawning. It looks like the Crappies and Bluegills are making a comeback in Shasta too. They've been really fished out in years past, so its good to see them getting a foothold again. Sooo off topic...

A friend of mine did a bonzai style water crossing and got a fish stuck in his grill guard. That was sweet.
