Suspension.....

im looking to get a 3.5 inch lift in the front and a 3 inch lift in the rear... i want to know what everybody is runnin for shocks on a set-up like this i was thinkin some bilstein 5100 or something in that range... also i dont know if any of you have heard of icon vehicle dynamics but they make top of the line suspension components and i work for a fab shop that sells alot of their product...but... they dont make anything for my heep so i was thinking of letting them use my jeep for the prototype's im pretty sure i would like to have them over the bilsteins but i just want to hear what you all have to say about the situation... thanks...

Bilsteins are top of the line in my opinion. OME is top quality as well. If you can afford the bilsteins I would use them.

sweet... my work has an account with bilestein so i will probably be going that route... if i want a 3.5 inch lift in the front would it be better to go with the 4 inch bilsteins or the 3? they dont have 3.5 inch applications...

i can never understand why people would take the chance of getting a wrong shock by trying to save 10 minutes...
the ONLY accurate way of getting the correct shock is to measure your travel and collapsed and extended heights. if you work in a shop, ask the guys there if they can measure it for you AFTER the lift is on.
i would much rather use the stock shocks or go without, than have my new shiny shocks limit my travel or bottom out on me.
just my .02
